Can you send me a printed catalog?
We do not offer a printed catalog for our announcements, however we do offer a printed
Vintage Onesies catalog for our wholesale customers. Email your wholesale catalog request to
kim@mylittlecards.com. Our designs can be viewed online at www.mylittlecards.com. All our
announcements are hand made and can be customized for birth announcements, Christening,
holidays, birthday or special family celebrations. Please call us if you have any questions or would
like to discuss a custom design.

How do I send my photo?
Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email requesting your photo
and payment options. You can reply back to the confirmation email and attach a digital file, or
send us a printed copy via snail mail to our mailing address: My Little Card Company, Post Office
Box 2662, Alpharetta, GA 30023. Email kim@mylittlecards.com or call us at 404-610-1999 for
tips on how to take a great announcement photo yourself or to get a referral for one of our
partner photographers.

How long does it take to get my cards after I have placed my order?
Before we produce your announcement order, we will send you a proof for approval by email.
Your email proof will arrive within 24 hours after we receive your photo. After you have approved
your proof, production of your order takes approximately two weeks or less. We can produce
your cards as a rush order for a small fee if  you need to receive them sooner than the two week
time frame.

How will you ship my order?
We ship orders through USPS  or UPS ground within the United States. Shipping is added to the
invoice and varies based on weight and destination of the package. Average cost for shipping
with USPS is  $9 for up to 75 cards and $17 for 100 cards.

Do you have announcements for multiple births?
We can customize any design you like for twins, triplets, quads, quints, etc. We can also create
a custom design especially for you. Call or email us for more information.

What is the difference between a hand-crafted card and a photo card?
Each hand-crafted card is made from multiple layers of paper and embellishments. They are a
unique piece of art with texture and dimension. The photo card is a flat photographic image that
is mounted on a folded card. If you see a hand-crafted card you would like to have printed as a
photo card, or a photo card you would like to have as a hand-crafted card, call or email us and
we will let you know if it is possible to do so with the design you like.

Why should I pre-order?
We suggest ordering your cards in advance so you can get your envelopes filled out before the
birth of your child. You pick the card design you like and fill out the order form checking the
pre-order box. Remember to include your due date on the form. Once your child is born, you
send us your photo and child's birth stats. We will then begin the production process. When
your cards are mailed to you, all you have to do is put them in your pre-addressed envelopes
and drop them in the mail.

What if I pre-order but want to change designs after my child is born?
If the card is equal or lesser in price, you can change designs at no additional cost. If the design
is greater in value, you will be charged the difference in price after conformation of change.

Do I get a proof of my announcement before you produce them?
After we receive your photo, we design your card and send you an email proof for you to
approve before we produce your birth announcements. If you would like to  have a sample of
your announcement sent to you by mail, you can request it in the comments section of the
order form. There is a $6.00 production charge for each sample you request by mail.
